A breach of contract is a form used when an agreement is not honored (either through non-performance or interference with the other party’s performance) by one or more parties to the contract.

We write to you in respect of the Contract and ask you to TAKE NOTICE that you are in breach of the Contract.

Specifically, you have breached the following sections and your related obligations:

[INSERT EXPLANATION OF WHY THEY ARE IN BREACH AND THE RELEVANT SECTION NUMBERS OF THE CONTRACT E.G. Section 2.2 of the Contract states that you must deliver to us the Software by 16th October, 2016. To date we have not received any such delivery.]

We confirm that your failure to take remedial action by the above noted date will result in us taking all available action to protect our rights either as outlined in the Contract or under any applicable law. We do of course reserve all our rights.
