As retaliation after complaining he filed for dismissal with prejudice of a lawsuit based on a settlement that was void due to nonpayment within the allotted timeframe, AFTER he was fired and sent me a change of attorney form. Proceeded to lie on his final billing by stating he discussed a dismissal with prejudice on 2/7/2025 (the day after he was fired) when emails clearly prove no such conversation took place until after he filed the unauthorized dismissal with prejudice on 2/10/25. Had to file a bar complaint, stay far away."
