"The initial work I did with the law firm James represents went well although very overpriced. I forgot to close the project after paying him ~7 months ago and he used a loophole in UpCounsel to auto-withdraw money from my account. It's open and shut but how unethically he acted really doesn't sit well with me. Hoping to share this so another business owner doesn't make the same mistake.
