"Brandon drafted a full legal document suite for our startup — an IP and Feedback Assignment Agreement, a Data Processing Addendum, and a Beta Tester Agreement and Liability Waiver — and the quality stood out. The three documents were clearly built to work together rather than as separate assignments: consistent defined terms, a clean order-of-precedence structure so it's obvious which agreement controls when two of them touch the same topic, and matching cross-references throughout instead of the small inconsistencies that usually creep in across a multi-document set. He was also genuinely responsive to specifics rather than working off a template. Earlier concerns we'd raised — international beta testers and moral rights handling, the right notice address, folding data-processing terms in properly, keeping references to our live Terms and Privacy Policy current — all showed up addressed in the drafts without us having to chase them down again. Communication throughout was clear and properly paced for a non-lawyer founder working through this for the first time.
