Deed of Reconveyance
A Deed of Reconveyance is used by the mortgage holder stating the borrower no longer needs to pay the mortgage debt and transfers the property title from the lender (beneficiary) to the borrower (trustor).
Note: Use the below Text when your loan was recorded by Deed of Trust and you have paid off your Loan and wish to have your property removed from the Trust. All the required information should be on your Deed of Trust.
