Note: Use the below Text when your loan was recorded by Deed of Trust and you have paid off your Loan and wish to have your property removed from the Trust. All the required information should be on your Deed of Trust.

DEED OF RECONVEYANCE

WHEREAS ALL AMOUNTS DUE UNDER DEED OF TRUST BETWEEN:

NOW THEREFORE the Trustee DOES HEREBY RECONVEY to the Borrower without warranty, all the estate, title, and interest in any property acquired by Trustee under said Deed of Trust.
