Our Enterprise product is growing fast, and we’re building out our business development team to pursue new and untapped opportunities. This is an exciting opportunity to join a small but growing team and have major impact. Here, you’ll get to collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success to both build and sell the best legal marketplace to CFOs and General Counsel. We’re looking for someone passionate about providing the right solution to the right customers, with a collaborative, driven, solutions-oriented mindset.

At UpCounsel, you will:

  • Build your own pipeline of inbound and outbound lead development, which includes making 40 - 50 calls per day
  • Generate 20 - 30 demos per month with CFOs and General Counsel
  • Collaborate with co-workers to develop better process and prospecting techniques
  • Work with our marketing team to refine our messaging and customer profiles
  • Ensure data hygiene in Salesforce with meticulous record keeping
  • Attend and participate in marketing events to directly generate demos

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Salesforce & Outreach experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Extreme organization & strong work ethic
  • The ability to quickly build rapport and relationships
  • Obsession with winning & persistent follow-ups
  • A love of experimentation, solving problems, and finding better/faster ways to do things
  • Ability to track everything you do
