Structure, negotiate and draft production service agreements, license agreements, above-the-line personal services agreements for talent (e.g., development deals, overall deals, staff assignments for writers, producers and directors, voiceover agreements, etc.), and vendor agreements (e.g., animation production, etc.). Negotiate option purchase agreements & acquire underlying rights.
