I have years of experience drafting and revising contracts for a variety of businesses in a wide range of industries. From contract negotiations to enforcing my clients’ agreements in the courtroom, I believe that start-up companies and small businesses should be able to protect and defend their rights to the same extent as large established businesses.
Prior to starting Talc Law, I worked for the United States Department of Justice, Organized Crime and Racketeering Section. Before becoming a lawyer, I worked for a variety of companies including large medical device manufacturers in management and sales positions and as a doctor’s… read more liaison. Through this business experience, I gained a working sense of how agreements operate – where making the deal is the primary objective and liability must be accounted for and minimized.
I graduated from the University of California, Los Angeles, with a Bachelors of Arts in English. I studied as a Presidential Merit Scholar at The George Washington University Law School. In law school, I was honored to act as Notes Editor for the American Intellectual Property Law Association (AIPLA) Quarterly Journal – the nation’s largest and most respected IP association.
I am a member of the California Bar Association, the Orange County Bar Association, the Los Angeles Bar Association, and the Orange County Jewish Bar Association. I am admitted to practice law in California.
