About
I have been practicing law for over 40 years and have assisted clients in drafting business formation documents and all varieties of contract drafting. I have represented clients in labor and employment disputes, wrongful death cases, and contract disputes. I started my career as the attorney for the Grateful Dead and am one of the foremost experts on Title 6 and Title 9 legislation in the country.

My partner Richard Richardson began his career as a district attorney in the office of then San Francisco District Attorney Kamala Harris.
