"We engaged Dean when the IRS levied our bank account. He quickly stepped in and communicated with the IRS on our behalf. He worked with our accountant to effectively resolve our tax matters and negotiated with the IRS to establish an installment plan so that we can avoid further enforced collection action. Dean was a life saver!"

"Dean Sage assisted me in resolving issues with both the Internal Revenue Service and the Franchise Tax Board. Through each process he communicated clearly and frequently. He kept me well informed of the status in each matter. Dean treated me with courtesy and respect. He was beyond professional, personable, and took time to truly understand my situation so he could work toward a resolution that best met my goals. Dean was extremely responsive. When he was unavailable I could rely on a prompt return phone call or e-mail. He continually expressed his willingness to answer any questions I might have, and I felt like I was a top priority. With the IRS, I had over $100,000 in outstanding liabilities that had been accruing penalties and interest for several tax years. I got behind and things snowballed quickly. I contacted Dean when the IRS levied my bank accounts. Dean was able to negotiate with the Internal Revenue Service and stop any additional enforced collection action. He swiftly stepped in as Power of Attorney and there was an immediate relief that I was no longer receiving calls from the IRS. Dean requested the IRS abate the majority of penalties and interest that had accumulated on my account due to the circumstances I was dealing with during the years in question. I was surprised and grateful for how quickly and effectively he was able to do this. The reduced balance was far more manageable, and Dean established an Installment Agreement with the IRS so that I could retire the remaining balance through monthly payments. I am back in compliance and anticipate no further problems going forward. Dean also assisted me with the FTB. He accomplished similar abatement and payment plans like with the IRS. Initially the FTB rejected the request for abatement. Dean advised me to appeal the determination. He responded promptly and presented case law and tax code supporting the request. He contacted the FTB representatives and followed through with the matter until they conceded. I was grateful for his determination and persistence throughout the process. I will definitely contact Dean in the future should any additional problems arise. I have the utmost confidence in his capabilities. I did not really know what to expect in terms of rates, but the overall amount I paid Dean was far less than what many people had told me I could expect to resolve the matters. The cost of his assistance was far below the monetary savings and peace of mind I received in exchange."
