RON RENZY focuses his over 22 years of legal experience in the areas of Appellate Law, Civil Litigation, Contracts and Business Law. Ron Renzy has been licensed to practice law since 1992. His appellate and litigation experience allows him to deal with complex legal issues. At every level of the court system, Ron has represented clients in appellate and civil litigation across various areas of the law. Ron handles civil appellate and trial litigation in state and federal courts. Ron also has years of experience assisting individuals and small businesses in avoiding the legal pitfalls of business operation. He is focused on assisting clients in achieving their business and personal goals, which include, but are not limited to, business formation, reorganization and restructure, sale of assets and shareholder agreements. Ron is also able to assist in employee and independent contractor relationships, shareholder agreements, operating agreements and non-compete agreements. With regard to the operation aspects, he can create, assist and service contracts; including distribution, licensing, non-compete and a broad spectrum of other commercial agreements.
