It took time to get my case recognized as not a standard registration. They apparently didn't notice that my job posting included a graphical mark, as they made no mention of it and started the process of simply registering the name. I set out why I wanted to do a logo registration instead right now as clearly as I could, got no response to that, and they still asked me later if I was sure I didn't want to register just the name. But, they specialize in this, and are fast, so despite that problem I am willing to use them again for registering our name as a trademark (which is their bread and butter)."
