"Austin is a most capable attorney and he will be careful with your money. During my 25 year career in law and finance I have worked with hundreds of attorneys from business law to tax law to litigation. Even for some prior patent work that took too long and cost well past the estimate. For my Dad's invention, I required a capable attorney who would stretch his dollar. After some research and conversations we decided to go with Austin. Attorneys are often better marketers than professionals and too often underestimate the time they require; the bill keeps growing and you're stuck for the ride. Austin is capable and honest. No nonsense quality work under budget. In my experience as good as it gets."
"All I can say at this point is WOW!! I called to ask about trademarking a slogan as I am at the beginning of my entrepreneurial road and I’m not making much money at this point. Although I’m not at the point to retain this gentleman’s services he still took time out of his busy schedule to give me sound advice on how to help me get myself to the next level. People like this are rare and I truly appreciate him taking the time to advise me. Time is something no one can put a price tag on. I’m grateful, thank you!!"
"I contacted Austin Bonderer to inquire about Trademark submission. I have contacted other attorneys in the past for other issues or concerns and I have never had the experience I had when I dialed Austin's number. He was patient and informative. He answered my questions and he also offered additional information. I am writing this in part because he invested time and energy to help guide me the right way. Furthermore, he was so knowledgeable and was able to quickly discern my issue. His prices were also fair and comparable to industry standards. I would recommend that if you're looking for services offered through this firm, that you get in contact with Austin, you won't regret that you did."
"I have talked with many patent attorneys, and this is the first review I am leaving due to the impression Mr. Bonderer left with me. Some of the other attorneys I have dealt with I felt like I was sized up for profitability. Other times just sheer intimidation due to the fact I do not talk the 'patent' lingo/terms. However, Mr. Bonderer took time to explain, guide, and truly give me solid advise, whether it meant making money or not. Most importantly for me, I felt comfortable talking with Mr. Bonderer, and not feeling intimated due to my lack of knowledge in this realm. I mean, isn't that why we search out professionals??"
"You are truly the best I've ever worked with. Thank you so much! I can't tell you how much I appreciate the amazing legal work you did on my behalf."
"Austin has been our patent attorney for the past few years. We're a small software and product design firm and have worked with Austin extensively for all of our patent applications. In the past we've used several other large sized firms. What we realized is that in the patent law industry, most firms operate like application mills. They're very impersonal and most of the time have clerks writing most of the application with final review by a lawyer you'll almost never get a chance to meet. I really don't have many good things to say about the other firms we've used before Austin. I'm just glad we found him. Without holding back, Austin is simply the best patent attorney we have ever worked with. He is extremely knowledgeable and has always patiently answered any of our questions regarding the patent process. Also, he used to work as a patent reviewer at the US Patent & Trademark Office before he went to law school. This insider's view is a huge advantage for us, because he is able to give us great advice on how to navigate all the red tape and bureaucracy. Another advantage is that Austin was an engineer as well. So most of the time, he's able to quickly understand our products or software applications without endless meetings. This has really come in handy for us, because Austin has given us a lot of great advice on how to word our patents and protect them when marketing our products. Overall, working with Austin has been great. He's very honest, accessible (works from home), and his rates are great for the top notch work he provides. If you're considering another firm, it's to your advantage to give Austin a call and meet with him at his home office. You won't be disappointed, he's definitely the best patent attorney in Orange County."
