My practice is divided between defending companies in products liability and tort actions (tire litigation, medical devices, drugs, personal injury, lemon law, etc.), defending lawyers and other professionals before regulatory boards and on malpractice and other ethics issues, and representing companies in complex business disputes.
I also assist individuals and small business owners with their legal needs, and families with estate planning issues.

I serve as a delegate in the ABA's House of Delegates, its governing body, from the great State of Wisconsin. From August 2010 until August 2012, I had the honor and pleasure of serving on the five member Rules and Calendar Committee of the HOD. Rules and Calendar serves as the body's parliamentarians (rules) and schedule all of the body's activities during its twice yearly meetings in February and August (calendar).
As of August 2012 forward, I have the pleasure of serving as Chair of the House of Delegates Technology Committee, responsible for all technology aspects of the House of Delegates meetings.
