Prior to founding Murdoch Legal, Patrick received his legal training while working as an attorney at the offices of Shearman & Sterling LLP, a leading New York and international law firm. Patrick left Shearman in 2011 and transitioned from the world of “big law” to working hands on with startups and media companies operating in New York and abroad. In addition to New York, Patrick has used his transactional legal expertise to provide counsel to clients in the UK, Spain, Germany, Malaysia and Canada.
