"Charlton is highly knowledgeable and easy to work with. He is genuinely looking after your best interests. However, he is probably in extremely high demand so you have to be a bit patient when it comes to receiving the deliverables back from him. I do plan on utilizing his services in the future as needs arise assuming he is still available."
