Research and defend the corporation's legal rights in matters of employment terminations, wage and hour matters, and related employment law issues. Provide counsel on a wide range of legal matters including the composition and review of proposals and contracts pertaining to significant machinery and equipment acquisitions, warehouse and other property leasing, and other business transactions.

Extensive practice experience in the area of employment litigation. Several years of experience composing written discovery, taking depositions, defending witnesses at deposition, advocacy at mediation sessions, preparation of legal briefs, and arguing law and motion matters before the Superior Court.

Represented clients in both the prosecution and defense of civil litigation matters. Responsible for conducting discovery with respect to a diverse civil litigation caseload. Performed legal research, prepared written points and authorities, and presented oral argument before the Superior Court.
