"I purchased an existing business a few months ago and have required various legal counsel and legal research to date. Mark has been a pleasure to work with. He provides great work, done in an efficient manner. His communication and follow-up is excellent. Perhaps most important for an owner of a new business, Mark provides legal advice that fits within a business framework and considers realistic business risk. “What would you suggest I do in this situation?” is a completely reasonable question that Mark can help answer. I have recommended Mark to my small business friends, and I will continue to do so. A. Rohr, CEO."

"Mark’s legal services are exactly what an entrepreneur trying to turn an idea into a real start up needs. After going through multiple lawyers trying to start my business I reached out to Mark; it was one of the best moves I made. He is always available for immediate communication, any day, any time. I wasted weeks waiting to hear back from previous lawyers who were always behind schedule. Working with Mark over the last 6 months, I have been able to move rapidly. He has very reasonable fees for his services. More than anything, he prizes his client’s growth, going above and beyond to get the word out, reach out to investors, and do whatever he can to help beyond charged legal services. Mark’s flexibility, responsiveness, and personal approach are perfect for entrepreneurs and small firms. Jeff B., CEO & Co-founder"
