First of all, he offered his services on my open request just other offers I had, but he stood out to me because instead of focusing on how much he charges, Jon sent a a sample (reducted) document that, if I were not honest, I'd have thought I had what I needed. He demonstrated that his interest was to solve my problem more than anything else. Indeed, in our very first call his message was, with emphasis, "let me help you,I do this all the time" and real quick he said, "to help you as a startup", he continued. Like this was not enough eagerness to help, Jon went further to offer a lower price even after it turned out, based on his expert advice, I needed yet additional "Terms of Use", besides the "Licence Agreement" and "Privacy Statement/Policy" for my SaaS solution. Finally, when it came to the job, Jon promised 5 days, but did it in 2 days and was all open for further clarifications if I had any questions. Even more, I expected 3 documents but Jon prepared 5 to cover even specific compliance requirements of California in addition to USA in general. Fantastic!!!
