In my current role at Shields, part of Walgreens Health, I oversee legal matters for the organization, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts while ensuring the company is in compliance with all relevant processes, laws and regulations. Additionally, I manage all litigation claims and intellectual property matters and serve as the primary contact to support Human Resources.

At National Financial Companies, a small private equity firm, I provided general, and healthcare related legal advice to the equity organization as well as its affiliated portfolio companies. I would routinely advise portfolio companies on various federal and state regulatory requirements relating to specialty pharmacy, pharmaceutical compounding, and FDA Registered Outsourcing Facilities.

At Frier & Levitt, a healthcare law firm, my practice was focused on healthcare regulatory, and compliance matters along with a litigation caseload, primarily focused on health insurance claims, civil investigative demands, and State disciplinary proceedings. I routinely advised clients on federal and state regulatory requirements for the licensing and various types of licensed facilities.
