About
I am an early-stage and startup company attorney barred in California. I also co-founded SendHub, a startup dedicated to simplifying business phone systems. SendHub was a member of Y Combinator's Winter 2012 Class and NAR REach's 2014 Class; it has also raised ~$10MM from family, friends, angels, VCs, and a public company. I ran ops, finance, and, of course, legal. I also had a hand in every other facet of a startup that isn't writing code. I've since transitioned to the world of solo law practice so that I can help entrepreneurs build great companies.
