"Great lawyer who will take the time. I am from NY but, my father passed away in Texas. Through phone and email conversations Jennifer walked me through this complicated and not always timely process. Process that I thought had no value and had no patients for were explained and outlined for me. We took the process one step at a time and when there was a branching where we could go into different directions, Jennifer explained my options and what she believed was best for me, not what put the most dollars into her pocket. (An example of this would be taking more time upfront to become an independent executor) She was supportive of my decision and did not attempt to sway me from making personal attempts at parts of the process I could do. In the same breath she was there when I asked for extra help. An example of this would be when she accompanied me to one particular combative bank where resolution was not certain. She was attired properly and presented herself well in court, and seemed to be well known in the probate court area by other lawyers, staff, and officiates. The best thing I like …. Was that she treated me the same before and after I had some money (funds were tight there for a few) I would recommend her."
"I’m an Army Veteran who requested Jennifer’s help in representing me in my VA appeal for benefits. My main goal was to prove service connection for my disability so I could continue getting needed medication through the VA. Her expert knowledge on the VA appeal system had not only gotten me service connection for my medication, but also got me back pay from the time I left service, about 3.5 years ago. Other than unknowingly waking up with $100,000 in my bank account, she had great communication throughout the entire process. She’s extremely knowledgeable on the VA appeal procedures and any Veteran needing help, I would highly recommend for you to contact her. On a side note to all my fellow Brothers and Sisters who have served, do not allow your ego or pride to get in the way of asking for or receiving help. You are worth it."
