I am currently an owner and principal at my own firm which was started in 2008 by David Dickinson, I started at that time as a clerk, and then became an associate attorney in Nov. of 2011, and became the owner of the firm in 2020. We primarily focus on being an "outside" in house counsel for a variety of companies and startups. We also provide personal services in tax, business formation, intellectual property, commercial contracts, estate planning and probate for individuals, startups, and established companies that need legal help but do not have the resources to hire a full time attorney.
