About
Since 2014, I have been based in Asia advising and drafting contracts for small and medium-sized companies as well as multinational corporations in all areas of foreign investment and business. I have direct experience in drafting a wide range of commercial contracts with an international angle, including licensing agreements for software and other intellectual property, manufacturing and supply agreements, distribution agreements, and commodity purchase agreements. Since 2021, I have expanded my practice from primarily international to include a wider variety of domestic U.S.-based clients and transactions. On the U.S. side, I have continued my focus on preparing customized legal agreements, including operating agreements, restricted stock agreements, M&A Agreements, Master Services Agreements, and SaaS Agreements. I also regularly advise clients in contract review and negotiation, and assist with developing recommendations for action based on the terms of existing contracts.
I am familiar with blockchain technologies, having obtained a certificate in Blockchain, Cryptocurrency, and the Law, and I have used these skills to assist multiple clients in the blockchain space, including drafting legal agreements for multiple NFT projects, such as a partnership agreement and an intellectual property ownership agreement for the creation of NFT art. I am excited to continue expanding my skills and experience in this space.
