"We had an ex member attempt to fraudulent trademark our business logo and after interviewing 6 additional attorneys we hired Matthew. From the beginning to the end, Matthew was wonderful, professional, knowledgeable and aggressive concerning our needs. He got us results in a timely manner."
"Matthew is very professional, and even when we miss his emails during busy seasons he is sure to contact us to follow up and stay on top of everything. His pricing is fair, and he's empathetic towards small business needs. We've been very happy with his work!"
"Even though I have known Matthew for over a decade, this post is about how he came to my rescue when I felt defenseless. In 2018, I found myself in over my head with a previous employer (a large paper conglomerate) in trying to settle a dispute over items needing to be sent to me after an involuntary severance from the company due to layoffs. This HR department started to take weeks to respond to a single email, asked for proof of purchase for items that were gifts, and accused me of claiming inflated prices on my lost things. Why this might not be his everyday practice, once he heard my story, it seemed that he new he needed to help. Looooong story short, Goings Legal put in the hard yards of following through and coming to my defense when being bullied by this HR department, to which I am sure they were hoping I would eventually surrender and "go away." I can attest that he is on a short list of individuals that I turn to when I need solid, sound advice. He is methodical and meticulous in how he works and the attention he brings to each situation is the epitome of professionalism. He stepped up for me and helped me move the needle to actually gain closure and compensation for this incident. I know that when the time comes I will be in touch with him again. I have no reason to doubt his ability and his intuition."
"Goings Legal is nothing short of a Godsend. This firm is helpful, accessible, efficient, and (believe it or not) honest. I would recommend this firm to any and every business looking to protect their property, brand, and people."
