Jeff's educational background includes a Juris Doctorate from George Mason University School of Law, a Master of Science in Biotechnology from Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry from the University of Virginia.
Jeff currently resides in Silicon Valley, California. He enjoys endurance road cycling, being a two-time winner of the California Triple Crown, and general aviation, holding a private pilot’s license with an instrument rating.
