Erin received her undergraduate degree from Tulane University, J.D. from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law, and LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center. She has experience advsing non-profit organizations on obtaining 501(c)(3) status, advertising and marketing issues, and formation. She also has experience advising small business on corporate formation, tax issues, partnership issues, licensing and operating agreements. She has been involved with the direct response marketing industry, and has advised clients on regulatory compliance, advertising and marketing law issues.
