"Kristin was very nice, but her attention to detail, her timeliness, and her communication left much to be desired. I had to manually make corrections to documents she provided to me and ask the same questions multiple times before getting a response or accurate paperwork. When I made it clear that I was dissatisfied with the response times, she told me that she had been traveling for several weeks and that this was the cause of some of the inaccuracies in the work she delivered. OK, but why would she take on my job when she didn't have the ability to complete it accurately in a timely manner? It took months to get some simple paperwork filed with Colorado, and then I had to ask about the California filings weeks after they were supposed to have been done, to learn that she had "delayed" the filing without telling me. What should have needed no more than 10 days ended up lasting multiple months. I appreciate that Kristin may have been busy and that there were other factors, but she should never have taken this job when she wasn't available complete it in a timely manner, and to pay attention to the details."
