My firm was founded in 2005 to provide high-quality legal services to business owners both locally and nationwide. My clients vary in size from solo entrepreneurs to publicly traded companies. I was appointed by California Governor Jerry Brown to the Board of Directors of the 22nd District Agricultural Association, which is responsible for oversight of the Del Mar Fairgrounds from 2011-15. I also serve on the board of North Park Little League.
