"The legal opinion was not proofread. Even though I expressly indicated the small corrections that need to be done (ex. missing letter), no amendment has been sent to me so far. I also wanted to include one additional sentence in the opinion (quite important from my perspective) that would not change the general conclussion of the opinion, as Mr. Mangum admitted himself. We exchanged a few e-mails in this respect, but this also has not been done, without providing any justification. So I am not sure about the "Knowledgeable" rating above. Hence a 3 star rating."
