About
After over ten years of legal experience, I created the Bosses’ Lawyer to provide the legal support small business bosses need to grow and protect their brands, businesses, and assets.
I spent most of my early legal career assisting C.E.O.s, General Counsel, and in-house legal counsel of both large and small corporations in minimizing liability, protecting business assets and maximizing profits. While working with many of these entities, I realized that smaller entities… read more are often underserved. I saw that small business owners weren’t receiving the same level of legal support larger corporations relied upon to grow and sustain.
Now I assist small business owners in leveraging the same legal strategies large corporations have used for years to build businesses that do more than make money – but create wealth.

Client Reviews
"Before meeting Ryenne, I felt like I was a deer caught in headlights. I was frustrated. I knew I wanted to start my second business - this business, but I didn't want the same experience that I had when I started my first. Ryenne came in, took the weight off of my shoulders. I definitely know that my business is set up for the long run and I'm definitely excited about that. I'm more than honored to have Ryenne as my business's, legal representation. She created my entity, handled my contracts, filed my trademark application and so much more. Ryenne has definitely been a help."
"So from LLCs to contracts for websites, independent contractors, employees, Attorney Shaw covered all of it. Delegating all of the legal matters of the business to her has been the best decision I've made for myself and the business. With Ryenne’s help, I made six figures in my first full year business, even with the COVID shut down and the year isn’t even over yet."
