Immigration is a matter I hold close to my heart. My own family has been through several immigration processes, and I take pride in helping families and individuals stay or come to the U.S.
I worked for the Immigrant Justice Clinic at the University of Wisconsin for two years where I won two Best Performance Awards and the CLEA 2021 Outstanding Student Award. I have also clerked for the American Immigration Attorneys Miami.
My focus is on family-based petitions, adjustments of status, post-LPR matters, and naturalizations.

"Beatriz did an excellent job in helping me with the process of applying for a replacement Green Card, which can be a difficult and tedious task for someone unfamiliar with the proceedings. From start to end, Beatriz made the whole process seem very simple and knew everything that had to get done. I was able to get my replacement Green Card much sooner than I anticipated and it really could not have gone any better. Whether you prefer to file digitally or with hard copies, Beatriz can easily do both. Pricing is very fair. I highly recommend Beatriz Reiner."
"Beatriz is exceedingly competent, very professional, and a great communicator, with reliably quick response times. She clearly cares about her clients and has been very helpful. I've been working with her on a LPR matter and she always answers all my questions and offers clear and helpful guidance on the immigration process. Her approach instills a strong sense of trust and I feel like I'm in good hands."
"Beatriz is a really knowledgeable person, who really made me feel safe and comfortable when dealing with my immigration status here in the US. It was a great experience to meet with her to make decisions on such an important topic. She helped me and I am confident that she will be able to help many others in search of a better future for them and their families."
"Beatriz is very professional and mindful of her clients. We had a consultation for a marriage-based petition and she was able to respond to all my questions and let me know how the process works and how to move forward with my case. I also liked that she is very flexible and takes time to fully explain the process and documents needed, unlike other lawyers who are not responsive or descriptive about the immigration process."

After working on a variety of immigration cases for the Immigrant Justice Clinic at UW Madison, Beatriz opened her own law firm focused solely on immigration. She works mostly with family-based petitions, adjustment of status, post-LPR petitions and naturalizations, but she also has experience with employment- and humanitarian-based visas.
