Alex's practice focuses on general counsel services, with an emphasis on equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, corporate formations, joint ventures, corporate governance and business counseling, licensing and commercial agreements, public offerings, international transactions, SEC periodic reporting and other general corporate representation. Alex holds a JD from UCLA School of Law, where he graduated with honors, and he acted as the Editor-in-Chief of the Pacific Basin Law Journal. He also holds an undergraduate degree in Political Science from UC Berkeley. He is a member of the State Bar of California.
