I have been a Massachusetts-licensed attorney since 2004, practicing primarily in the area of the Investment Company Act of 1940. Also since 2004, I have been a Mediator. In May 2017, I became a full-time solo practitioner in the areas of family law, estate planning and real estate transactions. In December 2017, I will be sworn in the practice in the State of New Hampshire. Additionally, I am a Notary Public in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire. I have provided corporate secretarial services to many clients as well as drafted and filed organizational documents for not-for-profit groups.
