After working on mainly Patent Prosecution, handling Copyright and Trademark matters at the IP Firm Finnegan and then work in bank Regulatory Affairs, I started my own firm focusing largely on business and commercial clients in 2016, handling everything from formation/incorporation, financing, contract drafting or review, breach of contract, ownership interest transactions, interference actions, trademark acquisition and prosecution with some family, personal injury, labor, employment, and consumer law mixed in.
