After graduating from Duke University School of Law, Jamie Hernan worked on the Banking and Finance team at global firm King and Spalding, assisting business clients across a wide range of business financing matters. He later formed a medium-sized boutique law firm, and eventually served business clients through his own firm for well over a decade.
