I started my career as a CPA and then as an Internal Revenue Agent and Estate Tax Examiner. After law school, I have practiced for many years in the areas of taxation, estate planning, deferred compensation, mergers and acquisitions, private placements, business transactions and startups, including over 75 LLC formations. I am admitted in California but assist clients all over the country. I do not offer litigation, trademark or immigration services.
