In 1995, I obtained a Master of Law (LL.M) from the University of Miami, Florida.
Between 1995-1998 I worked as In-house Counsel in a New York based company and build up its subsidiary office in Seville (Spain).
Then I graduate from the Seville University Law School and I am a member of the Spanish bar ever since, currently teaching also Business Law at Loyola University in Seville, as Adjunct Professor.
