"Jill is extremely hard working and responsive to any and all questions /Concerns you may have. If she is not 100% confident in an answer she will research and respond as soon as she has your answer. This did not occur often she mostly had a tentative answer or solution that she needed only to confirm. She handled 2 separate but related, life altering cases for me at one time that involved state agencies and I never sat waiting for her to contact me no matter what the hour. (Within reason) She handled both cases with professionalism and timeliness. Both ending in my favor. Jill Was patient with my financial situation and was paid with a slight delay as I promised.
