Tyler Holyfield

Practice focuses primarily on commercial collections, insurance subrogation, judgment collections, mechanic’s liens, and general litigation. Responsibilities include drafting any and all pleadings related to litigation, drafting discovery requests and responses, conducting depositions, negotiating settlements, and being proficient with civil procedures in Arizona, Colorado, and New Mexico.

Started with the firm as a law clerk and then was hired on as a full time associate upon passage of the bar in May 2018. Duties included consulting with prospective clients, conducting legal research, drafting an array of pleadings for litigation, preparing, reviewing, and responding to discovery, and negotiating case settlements. Have extensive knowledge of various consumer protection laws.
