I was born and raised in Brooklyn, New York. I obtained my Baccalaureate Degree in Criminal Justice from North Carolina Central University (“NCCU”) and my Juris Doctor from NCCU’s School of Law. I am licensed to practice law in New York and Virginia, and I have been practicing for over 20 years.
