I’m an SMU Dedman Law School graduate and a member of the Texas Bar with more than 10 years of legal experience. I’ve worked with individuals thinking about forming a new business, fledgling startups, and mature businesses.

I focus on business formations, essential and specialized contracts, real estate matters, business litigation, and trademark and copyright registrations.
