I am from a small rural town in Oklahoma, received my bachelors degree from Oklahoma State University, my law degree from the University of Oklahoma, and am now licensed to practice law in Oklahoma. My professional experiences have included representing clients through criminal and family law issues, but the concentration of my work now is civil litigation (insurance, personal injury, breach of contract, etcetera) and business law (planning, negotiating, and drafting/revising transactional documents). "Without question, Josh was the right guy for our job. An old friend from high school friend and I were both interested in real estate investing, both owned properties individually, and had no clue how we were to move forward. Josh found a way to draft an LLC operating agreement with ownership breakdown and management structure that served both my friend and I's interests.
