Represented contractors, owners, sureties and developers on construction, surety and public contract matters, including state and federal court litigation -- defective workmanship, contract claims, exaggerated construction liens, foreclosure of construction liens, etc. -- and transactional matters (e.g., construction contract review, negotiations and drafting)
