Casey Eekhoff grew up on a small family farm in Viborg, South Dakota where she earned an appreciation for hard work. Casey earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and a minor in Psychology at the University of Minnesota – Morris in 2003. She then attended the University of South Dakota and earned a Masters degree in English. Casey later attended the University of South Dakota School of Law and earned her law degree in 2013.
