About
During my practice, I have been a trial attorney. I started in 1982 with real estate valuation trials and negligence defense. After I entered private practice in 1985, I focused on the construction industry where I have for the past 32 years represented individuals and businesses in all types of construction contracts and disputes. This includes lien foreclosure (public/private), contract balance claims, extra work claims and delay and disruption claims. I am familiar with scheduling software and regularly work with and against schedule experts as well as design professionals. I am familiar with electronic discovery and how to minimize… read more expense for clients throughout the dispute process.
