This led to my general counsel role becoming external, and my services expanding to include other franchise brands and companies with my law office serving as their outside general counsel as well.

My work at IBM was with its mortgage servicing subsidiary, Seterus, Inc. My role involved risk management, litigation, and litigation management across the Southeast U.S. I worked directly on certain mortgage servicing litigation matters, and oversaw outside counsel's efforts and local representation to minimize exposure and resolve disputes as they arose.
