Provide advice and counsel to start-ups and established companies on all aspects of employment law. Represent clients in Court, and in front of the EEOC and State Agencies. Review handbooks and policies, draft and negotiate employment agreements, independent contractor agreements, and other employment related contracts. Provide workplace training seminars, and conduct investigations.

Provided daily counseling to senior management and human resource department on employment matters and other issues affecting the Hospital’s operations and its 20,000 employees. Conducted numerous investigations, and assessed and communicated risks to clients. Created and implemented training programs.
