2010 graduate of NYU Law, began my career in the Mergers and Acquisition / Private Equity (PEMA) group in 2011. Born and raised in California, I returned to the bay area in 2014, working in Wilson Sonsini's San Francisco office in their dedicated Mergers and Acquisitions group. Recently synced up with my friend and fellow Wilson Sonsini alum Tony Lewis to start our own practice, MatterhornLegal, P.C. We aim to build a corporate law centric practice focused on providing top-notch transactional services at all points of a company's lifecycle at a great value for our clients, especially at exit given our combined expertise in M&A.
