Upon graduation from Stanford, Mr. Rayskin joined the staff of the Opinions and Appeals Division of the Port Authority of NY and NJ Law Department, where he worked on civil appeals in state and federal courts ranging from substantive right violations to contract disputes. He subsequently joined Goodwin Procter, where he played a leading role in representing a group of journalists in a landmark First Amendment litigation that allowed NY bloggers to obtain press credentials.
